Kanye West Says ‘My Kids Won’t Be On TikTok Without My Permission’… After His Oldest Daughter North Started An Account With His estranged wife Kim Kardashian
Kanye West stated that he does not want any of his four children to have TikTok accounts without his permission.
The 44-year-old rapper made the comment during an interview with Jason Lee for an episode of Hollywood Unlocked, while noting that he is taking a more active role in his child’s life.
West’s eldest daughter North, eight years old, has been the center of attention in recent months for keeping a TikTok account.

West had made his views known on TikTok during an alleged incident at Kardashian’s home on Monday, where he had his “two female cousins” speak to Kardashian’s “security” on his behalf.
He recalled: “I said, ‘I want you to say these two things: Security won’t be between me and my kids, and my kids won’t be on TikTok without my permission.'”
The Stronger rapper then noted that while he was used to putting his personal life at the center of attention, he was particularly sensitive to the public’s perception of his children.

“They can go on SNL and joke, they can joke in the media, they can plant stories, whoever I’m dating and whatever I want to do… I can tell you honestly, don’t play with my children,” he said.
“It’s all gonna be legal, it’s all gonna be legal, honey. You’re not going to light me, thinking it’s going to be this quiet,’ he said.
Kanye and Kim share four children that they currently co-parent; North, eight, Saint, six, Chicago, three and Psalm two.

“This is for anyone who’s been in a situation like this who didn’t have a voice… I have the house next to my kids,” he said.
North and Kim, 41, previously created a joint TikTok account called @kimandnorth last November.
