Previously, Culpo reprimanded JetBlue for banning her dog from her flight home to Rhode Island while trying to visit her parents.

Jet Blue did not explain why the dog was unable to board as before, but suggested that this could be due to the dog not being a trained service animal, Fox Business reports.

The airline said in a statement: “Our crew members are allowed to ask legal questions and confirm the qualifications of a trained service animal at any time during travel.”

“We are working to consistently enforce this policy, but a customer could be stopped from traveling at any time if it is determined that an animal does not meet the required qualifications,” they concluded.
